We are looking for a Master of Wow! Executive Assistant who will proactively support management and make shopping a WOW experience.
Your tasks
- You proactively support the management in day-to-day operations as well as in all administrative and organizational matters.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and business appointments, including the preparation of presentations, minutes and reports.
- You organize internal events, conferences and seminars.
- In this interface role, you are often the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Supporting management in project implementation rounds off your exciting and varied range of tasks.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training at Matura level and have initial professional experience in the field of assistance/administration.
- We require good user knowledge of MS Office/Powerpoint and general office applications as well as very good German and English skills.
- Passion for the role of assistant, a strong customer- and service-oriented personality, discretion, integrity, loyalty and intercultural competence.
- Organized, structured, independent, forward-looking, interacting and cooperating with different people.
- High communication and social skills as well as a professional and friendly demeanor.
