Support with ongoing accounting
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax advisor
Ensuring data quality and compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations
Participation in budget preparation, forecasting and reporting
Coordination of external service providers (cleaning, security, IT, supplies, etc.)
Support in the creation, review and maintenance of contracts and service agreements
Interface to legal advice and external partners
Administrative support at executive level (appointment coordination, travel management, meeting organization)
Further development and continuous optimization of internal processes

Completed studies in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of experience in office management or finance
Experience in contract management and regulatory requirements
Structured, solution-oriented working method with a high level of personal responsibility
Confident use of MS Office, accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and contract management tools
Very good knowledge of German and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational talent with a strong hands-on mentality
