Handle group inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated
Prepare and manage group contracts, proposals, and confirmations in accordance with company standards
Work closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Revenue teams to optimize group room allocations and maximize revenue potential
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
Coordinate with clients and internal departments (e.g. Culinary, Banquets, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless delivery of all event requirements
Conduct detailed pre-event meetings and provide on-site support throughout the event
Ensure all event details – from meeting room setup to menu selections – reflect The Ritz-Carlton’s standards of excellence
Monitor guest satisfaction during and after events, addressing feedback promptly and graciously
Maintain accurate records in the sales and catering systems (Opera S&C)
Assist with billing and follow-up correspondence to ensure timely payment and client satisfaction
Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
profile
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, group sales, or catering within a luxury hotel environment
Experience with hotel sales and event management systems (Opera) is an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism
A natural passion for service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
