Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with US-GAAP and local legislation.
Responsibility for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and senior management team.
Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Overseeing internal and external audits.
Communicating financial performance and key insights clearly and concisely to non-financial audiences.
Establishing and maintaining SOX compliance processes.
Developing and maintaining financial dashboards for all departments to monitor success.

Experience with US GAAP accounting standards and SOX compliance framework
Experience with implementation of compliance frameworks, ideally at a public company
Experience with cooperation & coordination with large finance organizations – you will work with our parent company Vertex
