As part of the 18-month program, you will actively support and help shape international HR projects.
You will get to know different HR roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Personnel Development or HR Project Manager.
From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and actively participate in day-to-day operations; this includes creating reports for decision-making, presentations, and making entries in our HR systems (including SAP HCM, eRecruiter, etc.).
You will learn about the different business areas of Porsche Holding and gain a comprehensive overview of the company.

You are passionate about HR topics such as labor law, HR digitalization and new HR trends.
A degree in economics with a focus on personnel / labor law (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma) forms the basis of your qualification.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, commitment and team spirit, and analytical thinking is one of your strengths.
You have initial professional experience in HR, preferably in labor law, and you are internationally mobile.
Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form are required; fluent French skills are an advantage.
