- Planning and logistics for the in-person CLP workshops and the 2026 Global Content Summit, including travel, accommodation, and transportation management.
- Updating the Content Learning SharePoint page with the latest content and information.
- Coordination and monitoring of the Quarterly Content Update as well as support with production and filming planning.
- Assist in preparing the quarterly screening room, including booking the location and creating schedules.

- Advanced bachelor's or master's students or graduates.
- Initial experience in production, project and event coordination.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of storytelling, content and film is an advantage.
