Independent implementation of recruiting: from the advertisement to onboarding
Creative design and implementation of employer branding and communication measures (internal newsletter & external, especially LinkedIn)
Organization and implementation of team events as well as support of our merchandise
Actively shaping and maintaining our corporate culture and employee experience
Close cooperation with the Managing Partner on strategic issues and independent project management
Taking on tasks in the area of Learning & Development (performance management and training) – as a second contact person alongside the Managing Partner.
Proactively shape and implement new ideas and projects in the area of People & Culture & Communications
profile
Completed training (e.g. in the field of communication, HR, media, business or similar) and ideally some professional experience
Communicative, open and enjoy inspiring and connecting people
Hands-on mentality: solution-oriented and self-responsible work
Proficient in using digital tools and social media (especially LinkedIn)
Good sense of corporate culture and team dynamics
Very good knowledge of German and English
