Tasks
- Sales support: Collaboration with key account managers, candidate qualification, tender management, offer and contract preparation, various coordination and documentation tasks
- Active Sourcing & Recruiting: Proactive candidate search, placing advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating initial interviews
- Applicant and candidate management: Project setup, interview organization, data maintenance, profile creation, and support for onboarding and offboarding.
- Marketing support: creating content, implementing posts, and assisting with online marketing.
profile
- Completed Higher Federal Institute of Education (HBLA) / Commercial Academy (HAK) / Higher Technical Institute (HTL) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) studies or shortly before completion
- Knowledge of information technology (IT) and human resource management (HRM) or recruiting is an advantage.
- Emotional maturity and self-organized personality
- Reliable, flexible, resilient, communicative and a team player
- Daily, constant availability from Monday to Friday
