Your tasks
- Participation in the strategic direction of consumer credit
- End-to-end process responsibility and ongoing process optimization to ensure an optimal customer journey in the sales process on all online and offline sales channels
- Conducting market and competitive analyses
- Close cooperation and coordination of product-specific requirements with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, legal, compliance, risk)
- Close collaboration with the Product Owner and the Scrum Team to ensure ideal prioritization and implementation
- Analysis and reporting of KPIs to support product initiatives
- Control, presentation of success results and budget planning
Your profile
- University education in business administration or equivalent knowledge with a focus on product/project management
- Experience in product/process management and knowledge of the Austrian credit market
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX) and the implementation of resulting improvement measures
- Project management experience and process-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills and team player
- High customer and market orientation, assertiveness, as well as analytical and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, independent and quality-conscious work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
