Strategic customer management with sales, revenue and budget responsibility for Austria, possibly Germany and Switzerland
Further development of long-term customer relationships and conducting annual meetings and contract negotiations (including offer and contract preparation)
Intensive market and competitive analysis and derivation of customer-specific concepts and strategies
Forward-looking sales planning, including upstream analyses and interpretations of customer and quantity data as well as monitoring of success with monthly reporting
Generation of listings and promotions based on data-driven and fact-based sales arguments
Participation in the development of marketing strategies (e.g. new products and promotions) and their implementation in the trading headquarters as well as project work in close cooperation with the sales management and management
profile
Completed commercial training, business studies or comparable qualification
Experience in key account management (experience in the DIY/FMCG environment is an advantage)
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of CRM or SAP is an advantage
Fluent German in writing and speaking
Willingness to travel occasionally (DACH region)
Goal-oriented and structured working methods, initiative and a strong ability to think outside the box complete your profile
