Your tasks
- Sie sorgen für ein einheitliches und exzellentes Kundenerlebnis in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie kümmern sich um die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der Service-Strategie
- Sie analysieren die Kundenzufriedenheit, identifizieren Verbesserungspotentiale und leiten Maßnahmen ab
- Sie führen und trainieren Ihr Team und stellen sicher, dass das Team geschult ist
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen sowie zu Service- und Lieferdienstleistern
- Als Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kund/innen am Service-Infopoint wickeln Sie Reparatur-, Ersatzteil- und Onlinebestellungen bzw. Aufträge ab
Your profile
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Handel mit und haben ein ausgezeichnetes Service Verständnis
- You are a sociable, solution-oriented and friendly personality
- You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
- Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung im Beschwerdemanagement von Vorteil
