Tasks

  • Strengthen democratization, good governance and conflict prevention;
  • Reduction of fraud, manipulation and intimidation that could undermine the electoral processes;
  • Verbesserung des rechtlichen Rahmens und der Durchführung zukünftiger Wahlen sowie des öffentlichen Vertrauens in die Institutionen;
  • Information der europäischen Institutionen über die Durchführung von Wahlen in ausgewählten Drittstaaten.

profile

  • Fortgeschrittene Ausbildung in Wirtschaft/Management/Betriebswirtschaft oder 5+ Jahre zusätzliche Erfahrung.
  • Management-, Entwurfs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Kenntnisse über technische/Telekommunikationsausrüstung für EOM.
  • Kategorie I: 10+ Jahre / Kategorie II: 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Management ziviler Missionen.
  • Koordinationsniveau EOM-Erfahrung.
  • Budget- und Logistikplanung.
