In-depth introduction to the “Corporate Services” division and the company through active and responsible involvement in various operational and strategic topics and projects
Independent handling of project tasks up to taking over full project responsibility
Preparation of presentations, reports, and status updates
Acting as an interface with other business units as well as subsidiary and sister companies
Supporting the Division Manager in day-to-day business and in cost, personnel, and investment planning
Assuming interim leadership responsibilities as preparation for the next career step

Completed degree in business or economics (Bachelor's or Master's) as well as initial professional experience in an industrial company
Knowledge of business administration
Strong IT affinity; SAP skills are an advantage
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work independently
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for collaborating with various business units as well as for tackling diverse and dynamic tasks
Willingness to work abroad for an extended period of time
