Your tasks
- Operational management of the entire restaurant business in day-to-day business
- Ensuring smooth service and maximum guest satisfaction
- Personnel management: scheduling, training, motivation and further development of the team
- Responsibility for orders, inventory management and inventory
- Compliance with and control of quality, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Sales and cost responsibility as well as active participation in marketing and sales campaigns
- Contact person for guests, employees and management
Your profile
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry or several years of experience in a management position
- Strong leadership skills, team spirit and organizational talent
- High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Passion for gastronomy, service and guest care
- Resilience, flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
