Your tasks
- Strategic planning: You plan international performance marketing strategies and continuously develop them further – including on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta.
- Conducting tests: You plan and analyze A/B tests – from creatives and target groups to landing pages.
- Analyze data: You conduct analyses and reports and, based on this, provide recommendations for action.
- Optimize campaigns: You continuously improve the performance of planned campaigns – focusing on KPIs such as ROAS, PROAS, CPC and conversion rate.
- Shaping collaboration: You work closely with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders to strengthen the digital brand presence.
Your profile
- Experience & Expertise: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing and are familiar with Google Ads, paid social media and ideally also programmatic advertising.
- Analytical skills: You are proficient in using tools such as Excel, GA4 and Looker Studio, and you use data specifically for optimization.
- Data enthusiasm: You have a strong understanding of data and analytics – and the passion to turn it into real success.
- Self-initiative: You think strategically and act in a solution-oriented manner.
- Team orientation: You enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and actively contribute to the team.
- Industry affinity: Enthusiasm for fashion, sports and lifestyle topics is a plus – but not a must.
