Tasks

  • Kosmetische Behandlungen: Mit Herz und höchstem Qualitätsanspruch führst du Behandlungen durch und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kund:innen sowohl schön als auch rundum wohlfühlen.
  • Beratung mit Fachkompetenz und Empathie: Persönlich und individuell berätst du unserer Kund:innen und gibst ihnen das gute Gefühl, immer bestens betreut zu sein – auch über den Termin hinaus.
  • Produkt Botschafter:in: Du empfiehlst unsere Produkte mit Überzeugung und sorgst dafür, dass das Sortiment immer perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen abgestimmt ist.
  • Administration: Du kümmerst dich fürsorglich um administrative Aufgaben wie Terminplanung, Kassieren und den Kassenabschluss.
  • Sorgfalt mit Bedeutung: Du dokumentierst Behandlungen gewissenhaft und wirkst bei der Kennzahlenübersicht (Umsatz/Planung) mit – für nachhaltiges Wachstum und gemeinsame Erfolge.
  • Kreativarbeit: Du bringst deine Kreativität und Tatkraft bei Events und Aktionen ein und trägst durch verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen dazu bei, die Loyalität unserer Kund:innen zu stärken.
  • Teamwork: Wir legen großen Wert auf Zusammenarbeit – im Beauty World-Team bist du bestens eingebunden – gegenseitige Unterstützung ist dabei selbstverständlich.

profile

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Kosmetiker:in
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Kosmetiker:in
  • ein versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (v. a. MS-Outlook)
  • erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierung, Verkaufstalent und Kontaktfreudigkeit
  • Fachwissen aus der Kosmetikbranche
  • eine eigenständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
