Your tasks
- Management of warehouse organization according to Loro Piana procedures and policies
- Ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, quantity and delivery of items and materials
- Safe handling and preservation of luxury goods in compliance with the highest quality standards
- Planning and management of inventory activities
- Monitoring the replenishment of products in the store and assisting the sales team with stock availability
- Control and organization of transfers, shipments and logistical processes to ensure efficiency and punctuality
- Collaboration with management and sales staff to optimize warehouse flows and maximize customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Strong IT skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury industry
- Proven knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and reliability in warehousing
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with flexibility and proactive attitude
