Store Manager Trainee (m/f/d)

You will be supported in implementing a strong customer experience in the store and learn to create visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
You will support the analysis of sales figures and budget targets and work together with the team on meaningful improvements.
You help with the planning of operational processes and personnel deployment.
You will be introduced to the topics of recruiting, onboarding, team leadership and motivation, and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures.
You follow current fashion trends and learn how to use this knowledge effectively in everyday store operations.

Initial management experience in retail and a desire to develop further as a manager.

Willingness to learn and a good sense for structured planning and setting priorities.
Basic knowledge of handling sales figures as well as analysis and follow-up.
