Ongoing studies in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or comparable courses, preferably from the 2nd semester Bachelor’s degree onwards
Interest in HR topics and initial practical experience are an advantage
Excel and SAP skills are an advantage
German and English at C1 level
Service-oriented thinking and proactive approach
High level of discretion and ability to work in a team
Communicative, empathetic and enthusiastic personality with a sense of humour
