Talent Acquisition Assistant (G5)

Tasks

  • Support talent acquisition activities in the recruitment and selection of international and local staff, consultants, junior professional officers and interns.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders and providing support in recruitment matters.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Managing and updating recruitment and consulting lists.
  • Contribute to reports on recruitment activities and analysis of recruitment data.
  • Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support with end-to-end recruitment processes, including the creation and management of job postings.

profile

  • Completed secondary school education and specialized training in human resources or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Experience in supporting project management and/or coordinating change management initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer applications and Oracle-based systems.
  • Professional written and spoken English skills; knowledge of another OSCE official language is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team with people from different cultural and religious backgrounds.

We offer

  • Monthly salary of approximately EUR 4,670 (12 times per year), tax-free in Austria.
