- Alignment of teaching to the needs of the course participants
- Support and motivation of course participants to achieve their learning goals
- Creating a lively, active and positive atmosphere in the classroom

- You have a perfect command of either French or German and would like to pass on your language skills with enthusiasm
- You have a solid education
- You have very good communication and intercultural skills
- They are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and flexibility
- You are happy to teach at the Berlitz Center, on-site at our clients' homes or live online
- Teaching experience is an advantage
