Content creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and diverse content for various platforms and target groups, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, PR releases, thought leadership, online platforms, websites, and more.
Content coordination: Align and streamline content support, ensuring a consistent brand message across a variety of brand applications, enabling internal and external stakeholders.
Content maintenance: Actively update content based on internal changes, making sure our materials stay up-to-date and in line with our strategy.
Employer Brand Voice: Maintain and reinforce our Employer Brand Tone of Voice across all channels and empower team members to adopt and use it effectively.
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
Market research: Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create content that meets business objectives.
Leadership: Empower and support a small team to achieve the strategic employer brand goals for the fiscal year, while delegating tasks and coordinating projects.

Several years of experience in content creation and communications, preferably in a highly dynamic environment, the Tech industry, or an agency.
Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging content that drives measurable results.
Experience in team coordination and leadership.

Excellent written and spoken English.
