Your tasks
- Gesamtverantwortung für das B2B Debitorenmanagement mit direkter Führung eines 6-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Operational Accounting
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im B2B Debitorenmanagement aus Finance-Perspektive, insbesondere Bonitätsprüfung, Kreditlimit-Management, Mahn- und Inkassowesen
- Mahn- und Inkassowesen
- Schnittstelle zum Global Shared Service Center für operative Buchhaltungstätigkeiten
- Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle des Global Shares Services Centers
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (B2B, Controlling)
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit sehr guten Buchhaltungskenntnissen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Debitorenmanagement, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erste Führungserfahrung in der operativen Buchhaltung und Freude an der Entwicklung von Teams
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Stärke und ein sicheres Urteilsvermögen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Shared Service Centern von Vorteil
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
