Strategist: With your instinct for data, performance, and target group-relevant placements, you will work with the sales team to develop customized retail media strategies based on our communications strategy that make our beauty products visible in the digital environment as well as at the POS of our retail partners.
Customer Journey: You manage retail media campaigns along the entire customer journey – from awareness to conversion – and ensure that our brand messages appear at the right touchpoint at the right time.
Co-Creation: In close collaboration with sales, product management, and e-commerce, you will develop concepts for innovative media deployment in retail channels, negotiate with retail partners, and optimize the use of our budgets.
Insights: Evaluating performance is also part of your responsibilities. From the results, you derive concrete recommendations for action and lessons learned for future campaigns.
Hands-on Leadership: You lead and develop a strong team of retail media specialists and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

At least 4–6 years of professional experience in media, retail media or trade marketing, ideally in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry
Leadership experience and expertise in stakeholder management with trading partners
In-depth know-how in performance analysis, KPIs and media strategies, complemented by negotiation skills
a good sense of brand management and consumer needs in the beauty and lifestyle sector
Very good project management skills, experience with tools such as Confluence or Jira is an advantage
