Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Drive initiatives to support organic growth and operational efficiency.
Partner with the CEO, Interim CFO, and Board to communicate financial performance and outlook.
Manage, coach, and scale the finance team.
Enhance financial systems and reporting through the Office of the CFO software stack.
Play a leading role in preparing the business for a private equity exit.

15+ years’ experience in finance leadership roles, including in PE-backed companies.
Background in SaaS or technology sectors, ideally with high ARR exposure.
Strong FP&A and commercial finance expertise — accounting qualification not required.
Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial information with impact.
Experience in scaling organisations and supporting an exit process (highly desirable).
Fluent in English with strong proficiency in German.

~€200k OTE + equity participation.
