Lead acquisition and outreach: Identifying potential customers, compiling targeted contact lists, and actively reaching out via phone, email, or other channels.
CRM maintenance: Supporting the upkeep and organization of our CRM system to ensure efficient workflows.
Market & competitor research: Collecting and analyzing information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Administrative support: Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports, and campaign-related tasks.

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Medical or Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, or a related field.
Excellent German skills (C2 or native level).
Strong English skills (spoken and written).
Initial experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
A proactive attitude, structured working style, and willingness to learn.
