Accountant with Administrative Responsibilities (all genders) – part time

Tasks

  • Ongoing accounting activities in accordance with Austrian accounting standards
  • Processing and posting of invoices, purchase orders, and incoming goods
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of accounting records
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss)
  • Coordination and communication with external partners (mainly in German)
  • General administrative and organizational tasks related to accounting and finance
  • Support in day-to-day financial and organizational operations

profile

  • Completed accounting education or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian accounting practices and processes
  • Very accurate, structured, and reliable working style
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Very good command of German (spoken and written, required for daily business and correspondence)
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2.637,00 per month (full-time basis) as defined by the collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to offering a market-based overpayment.
