- Strong understanding of the Nordic MSP and IT channel ecosystem, including distributor?led partner models.
- Knowledge of MSP, TSP, and security?focused technology markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities.
- Organised, detail?oriented, and effective in prioritising multiple partners.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales tooling.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and retention targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software.
