Digital Business Consultant (all genders)
Do you recognise potential, think ahead and take the next steps in digital transformation with our customers? Then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for a Digital Consultant who will provide practical support to customers from active listening and analysis to the development of digital roadmaps and support for complex digital projects. With your consulting expertise and passion for digital topics, you will identify opportunities, develop clear recommendations for action and actively shape projects. If you enjoy conducting workshops and implementing digital solutions together with our customers and interdisciplinary teams, we look forward to getting to know you.
Your tasks
- Listening to customers, identifying requirements and recognising potential
- Analysing business models, target groups, market situations and competitive environments
- Developing digital roadmaps with clear measures, priorities and success criteria
- Supporting and structuring digital projects from the initial idea to implementation
- Preparing, moderating and following up on workshops (e.g. potential or kick-off workshops)
- Be a catalyst for innovation, trends and new digital approaches
- Create concepts, presentations and decision-making bases
- Work closely with the strategy, creation, UX, data/tech, performance and project management teams
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
Your profile
- Several years of experience in digital consulting or managing digital projects
- Ability to understand and structure customer requirements and translate them into actionable measures
- Confident manner, empathy and strong communication skills
- Experience in planning, moderating and following up on workshops
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
- Routine in creating concepts, presentations and decision templates
- Knowledge of building customer journeys and digital user experiences
- Experience in supporting projects through to implementation
- Experience in project management and change processes
- Very good German and good English skills, team orientation and initiative
Your benefits:
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 67,200 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
