Tasks

  • Draft internal and quality communication media: minutes, letters, notes, procedures, etc.
  • Participate in the distribution and archiving of information.
  • Participate in the coordination and follow-up of internal planning: diary organization, e-mail follow-up, etc.
  • Take charge of the logistical organization of internal events: meetings, audits, etc.
  • Handle calls and mail.
  • Follow up urgent files, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Manage purchases, purchase orders, departmental supplier follow-up.

profile

Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field. You speak perfectly German and English, and French as well will make a significant difference.

  • You are polyvalent with excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize.
  • You are a good communicator with good elocution skills and know how to disseminate information within an organization.
  • You have a good command of making appointments, diary follow-up, etc.
  • You have mastery of the office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel. You can write communication materials, reports, internal memos, and create monitoring and budget tables.
  • Knowledge of shorthand is a plus for efficiency in the job.
