Develop and implement enterprise-grade digital solutions and architectures in support of business goals.
Steer solution design and implementation while overseeing system interoperability.
Own functional and technical specifications of assigned applications and platforms.
Drive process optimization, governance alignment, and operational excellence.
Conduct change delivery and manage selected operational project activities.
Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities for business value creation.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
12+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix environments.
Proven expertise and business understanding in relevant solution domains.
Deep knowledge of architecture topics (enterprise, solution, and domain) and process management.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
Ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 82.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
