Tasks

  • You own, define, and execute the global Marketplace growth strategy, translating company objectives into scalable, high-impact initiatives.
  • You act as the primary lead and decision-maker for all Marketplace topics, steering the extended team to ensure alignment on sales targets, marketing, and regional strategies.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and ensure effective collaboration across teams to successfully deliver on business objectives.
  • You serve as the strategic interface and main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including key stakeholders like Amazon.
  • You anticipate market trends and the competitive landscape to proactively identify new growth opportunities.
  • You establish standardized reporting, communication channels, and meeting formats to ensure seamless alignment and effective decision-making across the organization.
  • You act as the primary spokesperson and representative for Nuki, participating in industry events/fairs as well as conferences.

profile

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field within the consumer electronics industry or similar technology sectors.
  • You possess expert knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace and deep e-commerce experience.
  • You hold a University degree, preferably in business administration or marketing.
  • You offer a strong understanding of smart home technologies (IoT), and are well-versed in related market trends.
  • You combine an exceptional strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (both written & spoken), further language skills are an advantage.
  • You focus on what is possible, have a strong growth mindset and go the extra-mile.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,954,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
