Develop and implement enterprise-grade digital solutions and architectures supporting business processes and strategy.
Safeguard long-term solution roadmaps, architectural integrity, and compliance with DS standards and security protocols.
Lead solution design, implementation, and system integration ensuring performance and interoperability.
Own functional and technical specifications of assigned applications and platforms.
Drive process optimization and alignment across Digital Solutions domains.
Manage operational projects and standard change initiatives within assigned scope.
Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities for business value creation.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
15+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix organizations.
Strong technical expertise combined with solid business acumen in relevant domains.
Deep understanding of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture concepts.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 94.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
