Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
15+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix organizations.
Strong technical expertise combined with solid business acumen in relevant domains.
Deep understanding of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture concepts.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
