Tasks
Development, governance, and continuous enhancement of group?wide controlling and performance management governance, including KPIs, standards, and policies
Overall responsibility for strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and group?wide management reporting
Analysis and commentary on business performance at group level, including the derivation of steering measures and corrective actions
Business partner to the Executive Board, CFO, and divisions; active support and constructive challenge of strategic and operational decision?making processes
Steering of investment, corporate cost, and overhead controlling at group level
Leadership and/or coordination of group?wide controlling projects and transformation initiatives (e.g., processes, systems, tools, digitalization)
Ensuring a consistent, standardized, and business?oriented group performance management model, in close alignment with Group Finance
profile
Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or comparable; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
Several years of relevant professional experience in group/corporate controlling within an international corporate or consulting environment, including multiple years in a strategic and/or leadership role
Strong expertise in group performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting
Proven experience in designing and further developing group?wide controlling governance structures, standards, processes, and steering models
Distinct business partner profile with direct interaction with the Executive Board, CFO, and divisional management; ability to critically challenge business performance and decision?making
Experience in group?wide transformation, optimization, and digitalization initiatives within a finance/controlling environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with full professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
