You’ll drive the rollout of a global beverage partnership across international markets, ensuring every launch aligns with overarching guidelines and timelines. As you coordinate launch preparations, you’ll track market readiness and guide local teams through each phase of the launch journey.
OPERATIONS & IMPLEMENTATION
Taking ownership of all operational aspectsfrom equipment and supply chain to in-store executionyou’ll ensure smooth implementation of beverage concepts in close collaboration with Operations teams. Constantly, you’ll identify and mitigate operational risks to enable a scalable and efficient rollout, while you support markets in resolving operational challenges during launch and post-launch phases.
TOOLKITS, GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Building on your expertise, you’ll develop and maintain global operational toolkits and guidelines to secure consistent implementation across markets. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and legal requirements, working closely with Legal and Procurement to align on contracts, approvals, and governance frameworks, and you’ll establish clear processes that enable scalable and compliant execution worldwide.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & MARKET COORDINATION
Acting as a key contact for local market teams, you’ll support the implementation of the partnership and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across markets. Moreover, you’ll ensure consistent execution standards by aligning closely with Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams, while you foster effective communication between HQ, regions, and local markets to drive continuous optimization globally.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
