SPOC within IT for all matters related to IT governance
Design, enhance and maintain IT governance & compliance processes aligned with RBI Group standards.
Drive and coordinate key initiatives including DORA and AI governance.
Manage & coordinate IT risk assessments & oversee IT operational risk management.
Further develop & monitor the internal control system and ensure its effectiveness.
Own, maintain and enhance the IT business process inventory.
Organize Security Requirements Assessments and manage IT Controls lifecycle.
Coordinate the maintenance of our central IT documentation while continuously adapting to new regulations to ensure compliance.

Completed technical or business education, focused on IT.
+ 5 years of professional IT experience, ideally in governance or compliance.
Professional topical leadership and proactive initiative skills.
Expertise in designing and evolving IT guidelines and processes, incl. excellent documentation skills and experience with Confluence & Jira.
Structured, independent and reliable work style with high quality standards
Basic knowledge of public cloud environments.
Professional English, with strong communication skills.
Professional German is advantageous
