The Market Acceleration Lead (MAL) & Omnichannel Strategy Lead is a senior, market-facing role focused on accelerating market growth by driving the Connected Model vision and roadmap in close partnership with local clients and internal teams, independent of channel or agency. Working closely with Market Digital Ops & Media Leads, the role ensures cohesive customer journey orchestration, aligning touchpoints, audience behaviour insights, and brand growth objectives into scalable omnichannel strategies. The role safeguards campaign timing, asset readiness, media booking hygiene, and cross-brand visibility. It also delivers regular updates to senior leadership and the marketing community to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
