Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Rooms, F&B, and MICE, including market analysis and identification of local opportunities
Design and execute campaigns to drive direct bookings, boost F&B revenue, and promote meeting and event spaces
Ensure consistent and optimized content across all channels (website, OTA, social media, Google) while partnering with Sales & Revenue on demand-generating initiatives
Manage social media presence, digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, CRM), and performance tracking with a strong focus on ROI
Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers, coordinating PR activities, events, and press visits in line with brand standards
Monitor campaign effectiveness, provide regular reports to the GM, and contribute insights and recommendations to Commercial Meetings

Strong content creation and production skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
Experience working with web content management systems (e.g., Strapi or similar)
Familiarity with managing and posting across social media platforms
High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently with ticketing systems, shared inboxes, and content trackers (Excel, Jira)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or hospitality content is considered an advantage
