Tasks

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.

profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

We offer

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex options.
