13 years of experience in operations, analytics, or commercial functions: startup, scaleup, or fast-moving environment (marketplace, insurance, ecommerce, fintech, or similar)
Hypothesis-first thinker who writes clearly and communicates directly, including across functions and with senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing uncertainty, and balancing multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
You’ve shipped at least one automation (Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or scripts) and can describe what it replaced
AI fluent: you use Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work and know how to iterate and when not to trust the output
Fluent in English: other European languages are a plus
You care about sustainability and want your work to matter
Quantitatively confident: spreadsheets, modelling, and turning vague problems into concrete analysis; SQL, Python, or no-code tools are a plus
