Support the setup and development of holding and project controlling to help internal functions understand their costs and performance
Support end-to-end controlling activitiescovering planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment controllingfor the management holding to ensure performance aligns with budget
Define and implement guidelines for capturing project financials consistently across the organization and ensure the integration of financial data and project management workflows within the project management tool (ServiceNow)
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable transparent financial monitoring and self-service reporting for stakeholders
Analyze, understand, and challenge delivered data, and proactively share best practices through training and support for the organization on project financials and tool usage
profile
Completed degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or finance
Minimum 1-year of finance/controlling experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
Structured, self-organized, and solution-focused work style
Creative mindset with resilience and reliability in delivering high-quality results
Prior experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and BW queries is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
Business-fluent in English
