Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Establish and control baseline schedules in close coordination with multiple disciplines and work streams.
Prepare and analyze S-curves to track planned versus actual progress, performance trends, and forecasts.
Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations, and propose recovery and corrective actions.
Produce clear progress reports, dashboards, and planning insights for project teams and stakeholders.
Proactively identify schedule risks and constraints, implement mitigation actions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve planning issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years‘ experience in project planning for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including the development and analysis of S-curves.
Strong understanding of construction planning methodologies, schedule control, risk analysis, and progress visualization.
Excellent communication skills in English and German with the ability to present complex planning data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with well-developed problem-solving capabilities.
