Tasks
Connecting with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling on professional networks
Identifying potential B2B clients and targeted outreach to various senior decision-makers (IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, Logistics) using our CRM, Dealfront, or online research via phone, email and social selling
Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies in close collaboration with your team lead
Analyzing customer needs and positioning tailored solution scenarios
Maintaining data in our CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive
Independent appointment coordination and proactive support throughout the entire sales process, including the management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Help build and develop the SDR function as one of the first outbound SDRs in the team
Opportunity to gradually take on coordination of external service providers and help shape inside sales
profile
First Sales experience in the service and/or software industry
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
The ability to explain complex concepts simply and present them in a customer-oriented manner
Team player with typical sales resilience, goal orientation, enthusiasm, and passion
Absolute „Hunter“ mentality you genuinely enjoy the hunt for new business
Proactive and responsible way of working
Strong digital and technical understanding is required
