As an SAP Datasphere & SAC Specialist at RHI Magnesita, you will be part of a global team of data engineers and data experts who report to the Head of Data & Analytics Delivery. Your focus lies in the design, implementation and maintenance of Analytics solutions with a focus on SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. You will collaborate with both internal business partners and external support partners.

Your tasks

  • Collaborating with internal clients & understanding business needs: Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and develop domain expertise for effective data solutions.
  • Designing & implementing analytics solutions: Developing and deploying analytics solutions in SAP Datasphere in cooperation with internal data engineers and external consultants, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enabling data integration & self-service reporting: Setting up and managing data transfers between SAP Datasphere, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks to ensure seamless data flow and enable self-service reporting with Power BI and SAC.
  • Define standards & foster knowledge sharing: Establishing modeling guidelines, naming conventions, and documentation standards for SAP Datasphere while promoting internal knowledge-sharing and best practices.
  • Maintaining & monitoring implemented solutions: Taking ownership of newly implemented solutions, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability through continuous monitoring and maintenance.

Your profile

  • Strong experience in SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud), with a solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to data challenges
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and analytics models
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, eager to take ownership of projects, and committed to continuous learning
  • Strong focus on quality, performance, and ensuring best practices in data and analytics
  • Languages: English – fluent

Your benefits:

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €60,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
