Gather and analyze creator and agency feedback to identify trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Ensure high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement, and promotional consistency.
Support and enhance creator-driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms.
Monitor weekly performance, posting consistency, and campaign delivery across creators.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics, and operational systems.
Improve and unify creator analytics across internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator-facing tools and workflows.

Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards) and financial operations tools such as 1C.
Experience with digital platforms, AI tools, and analytics or visualization systems (e.g., Superset or similar).
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, or internal systems.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational issues under pressure.
Strong adaptability to different markets, teams, and working cultures.
Experience in account management, operations, or creator/partner ecosystems is highly valued.
