As a Senior Technical Artist (m/f/d), you take ownership of the visual and technical quality of our games and ensure a high-end, consistent player experience across all projects. Moreover, you design, implement, and optimize complex graphical systems and game assets with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and visual fidelity. In addition, you translate creative and design concepts into robust technical solutions and help define and improve the architecture of visual game systems in Unity. You create and oversee animations, 3D models, simulations, and prototypes, integrating them using custom shaders, tools, and scripting where required. Last but not least, you mentor and support team members, review implementations, document workflows, and ensure technical best practices across the entire production pipeline.
