Tasks

  • Finalize your dissertation agreement within 12-18 months
  • Participate in publications / academic articles
  • Be involved in research projects and scientific studies
  • Be involved in the organisation of conferences, meetings, symposiums
  • Apply for projects and raise (external) funds
  • Independent teaching of courses defined by the collective agreement
  • Supervise students
  • Participate in evaluation activities and in quality assurance
  • Take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration

profile

  • Master’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification completed
  • Professional competence: Knowledge of especially Austrian tax law
  • Methodological competencies: Jurisprudential methods
  • Knowledge of principles of teaching
  • High ability to express yourself both orally and in writing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken German
  • High command of written and spoken English
  • IT user skills
  • Ability to work in team
