Your tasks
- Help users stay safe online through empathy and smart solutions
- Become an expert on Facebooks policies and products
- Review and moderate content to ensure community standards
- Spot trends, suggest improvements, and help shape user experience
- Communicate with kindness, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Your profile
- German (C1) + English (good level)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience (not required but a plus!)
- A passion for helping others and making the internet a better place
