Your tasks
- You ensure that customers in existing stores and partner stores in Austria have an outstanding shopping experience.
- You will be in close contact with the tobacconists and on-site in the stores to gain a personal impression and communicate changes, adjustments or challenges transparently and proactively.
- You are responsible for personnel management, personal goals and further development through development discussions and weekly follow-up meetings.
- To ensure quality standards, you will communicate with mystery shopping agencies and ensure that store managers meet expectations.
- You manage the budgets in your area of responsibility and ensure that all development and creative costs for agencies are adhered to.
- You ensure that plans and best practices are communicated to the stakeholders in your area of responsibility and ensure transparency regarding results and schedules.
- You will work closely with other functions, such as Retail Operations and Commercial Planning, to achieve our strategic goals together.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, marketing, economics or a comparable qualification.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- You are characterized by project management skills, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and a drive for innovation.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel primarily in Austria and a class B driving license.
