Tasks

  • Correspondence with tenants, customers and suppliers
  • Management and organization of our center vouchers
  • Independent processing of dunning, invoicing and administrative activities in banking (e.g. emptying parking meters)
  • Co-design and organization of creative tasks, such as events for Easter, Mother's Day, Advent and night shopping as well as the optimization of internal processes
  • Planning and coordination of various advertising measures in cooperation with agencies (print, radio, social media)

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience is an advantage
  • Solid MS Office knowledge
  • Always friendly and confident demeanor
  • Responsible and independent working style
  • Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
  • Enjoy working in a structured manner and contributing creative solutions
